B & E Solutions has expanded to address a wider range of species and needs (still including bears!), though Else's behavior-based husbandry philosophies and methodologies remain foundational.
Each animal, caregiver, leader, and organization is approached with Else's fundamental question that helps B & E understand their needs: "Who are you, and what can I do for you?"
